I Am Thinking Of Training My Dog To Hunt For Truffles Is There A Substitute Smell That Could Be Used.?

I remember watching River Cottage with Hugh Fern-Whittingstall and he trained his pigs to hunt, but used a chemical to mimic the smell.

    can you get a hold of a piece of one.check with
    large hotel chefs.once you have a piece take it to a chemical lab,and have them create a smell.
