I found the above link on the web however you would need to go along and see the trainers for yourself to see whether it is good or not but it says it has classes in your area and shows photos of trainers with small dogs when you go to a training class you should observe ask yourself do the dogs looked stressed, are they enjoying the training, are the trainers helpful and friendly, signs of stress include panting, tail between legs, scratching, etc a positive reward based training method is effective read John Fishers books he was a trainer in the UK and his methods of training are effective and kind based upon reward
