Is There A Natural Product To Eliminate Fleas From The Animals?

My pets are constantly scratching, I have found fleas on them and on our carpet. Are there any natural home remedies we could use instead of the chemicals in the products you get from Vets.

    Bathe the animal with water and dish soap. This kills the fleas. Leave it on for a few minutes. After you have rinsed the animal, then you must go over the head, ears, nose and any other areas where the water did not get with a metal flea comb. You will see all the survivors running for dry territory. Dip the comb into a cup with water/dish soap in it to kill them so they don’t jump off. Vacuum the carpeting each day to remove the fleas and their eggs. Repeat the dish soap bath in about two weeks to remove any new hatchlings. Keep vacuuming.

    Brewers Yeast. You sprinkle it on their food. You can buy it at a pet store.
