Other Than Some New Training, How Can I Get My Dog Re-trained For House Breaking?
Published by Pet Library Editor · No CommentsEver since having my daughter (she’s 6 months old) my dog has been jealous for obvious reasons. Who can blame her? My husband and I do our best to spend time with her and take her out to play but with the baby and working, it’s hard to get “real outside playtime” in. Even though we walk her she still saves up and pees in the house! We’ve laid down wee-wee pads and she’ll go on them for the most part but usually only makes it half-way on the actual pad. She knows better and I know part of this is her showing us she’s upset with us but I’m tired of having to clean up after her in the house almost every day! I can’t afford to take her to training again or to have someone come by and take her out for fun. Unfortunately there are no doggy daycares in my area or I’d leave her there once or twice a week to see if it’d help. Are there any other techniques we can try to help her stop going in the house? Our yard isn’t fenced in, otherwise we’d leave her out there while we’re out!
