What Do I Need To Do If I Was Exposed To Pet Fleas And Noticed One On Me?

I don’t have any pets but was at my brothers house and his dog has fleas. I had a flea jump off of me and want to know what can I do to make sure they are off of me and out of my house. Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
