I have new puppies in the house and was wondering where I could find free info on the internet for training them. They need to be taught all basic commands. There used to be a woman from England, I think, that trained dogs. She was excellent, any info on her would be appreciated too. Thanks!

Here are a couple of websites:http://www.uwsp.edu/psych/dog/dog.htm http://www.leerburg.com/dogtrainingebook…
I think that you are talking about Jan Fennell? She wrote The Dog Listener. Your local library may have her books.
You can also try Karen Pryor.
I wouldn’t recommend free training. The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. If you must do it for free here’s website, but I don’t recommend doing it for free.http://www.wikihow.com/Train-a-Dog
