get the good stuff from your vet i dont know the name of it but i think it is frontline. smaller dose than it is for kittens. i bathe my ferrets and pick every single flea off them and wash all their bedding and my dreeser drawer full of clothes that they sleep in. i also bleach that drawer and bleach the cage and of course rinse and dry it with a blow dryer. i spray skin so soft from avon all over the carpets and furniture that they sleep in. and that usually does the trick around my house full of 3 dogs 2 cats and 11 ferrets!!!

i have 3 ferrets they had fleas you can buy some K9 advantagefor kittens 2 -6 pounds. flea dust your carpet and clean there cage more often.just apply one of the flea reppelents on the back of the neck it will last for two to four months do not put it on cuts.do not put on more than once every two months and they have to be at least 3 years old.only use K9 advantage!!!

You can use Advantage or Frontline on them. But I cannot remember the dosage. Last time I put it on my ferrets, I used Advantage for cats under 9 lbs, and only used like a couple drops.
Call your vet and ask them the proper dosage.

my mom and dad are vets, and our male used to have fleas. my mom now puts Frontline on him(im not sure what kind exactly).
i would go to your vet and see what they recommend.
they also have ferret shampoo that gets rid of fleas (sold at pet stores), and we have that too 🙂
    good luck!!

Fleas are a major pest. There are various species of fleas – cat fleas, dog fleas, rat fleas and rabbit fleas.
You can get rid of them by the safest and cheapest methods like boric acid.
