By dad just bought me two baby cockatiels. I love them and i usually spend my time next to the cage looking at them. Not so long ago, i noticed the female scratching using its feet. and when i looked at her head, that was when i noticed… She has Fleas!there were around 4-6 of them. same for the male bird. Isn’t it rare for birds to get fleas? and I don’t own any other pets. How do i get rid of them? One thing i know.. If someone puts their hand in the cage the cockatiels go frantic. they’re new thats why.
